FINALLY. Got the apartment sorted out, and technically we'll have the keys within a week or two. I got one month free because they won't be able to give me the floorplan we want when we want it. Not _as_ cheap as getting a pro-rated lease to start mid-September, but it's worth it to get the place we want. On that note, it's time get rid of all the furniture we won't be moving. I've got:

  • Handcrafted antique maple bed frame and matching mirror dresser - $400 (I can send pics if you want, it's got a lot of fine detailing on it, headboard has an interlocking circle pattern cut out, dresser is 9 huge drawers and a full-width mirror)

  • Tan overstuffed couch - $75 (needs minor frame repair, a staple has come loose that joins the armrest with the body, very comfy)

  • Glass-top coffee table - $50 (maple legs and silver frame, modern design)

  • Black entertainment center - $75 (four AV shelves on the left, 32" TV space in the middle, space for components above TV as well as on top of the unit, 100 CD rack on the right, DVD/game/CD shelves on the right side)

  • 25" RCA TV - $100 (excellent picture quality, good shape)

  • Genuine RCA Victrola cabinet from the 50s/60s - $400 (non-working, needs new tubes and a good cleaning, can get the model number if you're interested)

Email or page me if you're interested, prices negotiable within reason.
