I am going to strangle my office-mate. She's had the loud-voiced Inflight manager at her desk the whole day (who, BTW, is basically hijacking my officemate for her MS Word skills instead of, you know... Figuring that shit out herself) working on a manual. They mention to me about two hours ago that a bunch of images aren't rendering correctly in Word 2K7, when they did in 2K3. OK, it's an image transparency issue. Downside is that this is a 400+ page document with hundreds of images that are in various file formats. I spend the next two hours trying to track down any indication as to what would cause the rendering problem. OK, not so bad.

The problem is that they WILL NOT SHUT THE FUCK UP. I can't think straight when they're constantly bantering back and forth at near-shouting levels, not to mention regularly whispering like they FUCKING SHOULD BE DOING every now and then, indicating that they're gossiping and fucking around, or even worse talking about me. Finally, they literally start making fun of me for grumbling when my sixth and seventh attempts at a fix still fail. Seriously?!? I'm fucking spending two hours on an issue for you people and this is how you act? I'm obviously extremely frustrated trying to help you and you yammer on aimlessly and mock me for not fixing the issue? DIE IN A FIRE.

Ah but it is not having a gun that solves the problem. It's the silencer that does. Otherwise the problem only escalates. The silencer keeps that from happening.

Ahh, but with a .50cal sniper rifle, you're so far away from the action that there's no problem to avoid.
