Walked 24 miles last week, then skated 8 at Kensington. Unf. Slow's BBQ and Belgian beer were consumed, though, so this week I'm hitting the pavement extra hard. TDS Metrocom gave me an iPod Touch, so I've got motivation. Feels good man. Starting weight is technically unknown, but with full clothing, various crap in pockets, just ate, in the middle of a long night of poker (and thereby beer), I was 186. Current naked weight is 174.2. If I can count five pounds for shoes and clothes, and one for phone/keys, I've lost 5.8 pounds in just over three weeks. Fuck yeah.

Ahh, by requesting a quote for their SDI services. It's basically individual Ts bonded at the demarc by something called a Zhone TNE. I get a managed four nines 6mbps link for $525/mo. I got the iPod just for letting them give me the quote onsite. They will shove paperwork in your face and try to get you to sign without reading, and then it'll be a pain in the ass to get the guy to come back with your iPod, but I got mine after about a month and four phone calls.
