This is my 2010 workout. I'm going to do this three times per week, 156 times in 2010.

10 min warmup run @ 7MPH
Weighted neck extension
Deltoid abduction
Upright barbell row
Underhand supine row
Dumbell hammer curl
Dumbell wrist curl (and reverse grip)
Dumbell row
Barbell pullover
Barbell shrug
Chest press
Incline sit-up
Twist sit-up
Front plank
Side planks
Front plank
Deadlift
Squat
Good Morning
Standing calf raise

I just did that for the first time, and I feel awesome. This is going to be my fit year.

Nah, I'm gonna save a few bucks and do it myself.

Heh, basically I hold dumbbells at my sides, then bring my arms all the way out to the sides. Builds my shoulders.
