2010 workout is coming along nicely. Gains are in the realm of 20% at the end of two months. I made some changes to the routine to adjust for body changes. Here's the current incarnation:

Deltoid abduction 2x20x20lbs
Dumbell hammer curl 4x5x35lbs
Dumbell wrist curl 2x10x30lbs
Dumbell row 2x10x50lbs
Bench press 4x5x105lbs (I know, I suck)
Barbell pullover 2x10x60lbs
Chest press 2x10x140lbs
Incline sit-up 2x15
Twist sit-up 2x10 each side
Front plank 60sec
Side planks 60sec each
Barbell shrug 2x10x185lbs
Deadlift 2x5x185lbs
Squat 4x5x185lbs
Good Morning 2x10x70lbs
Seated calf raise 2x10x195lbs
Jog 10min @ 6.2MPH
