Dumbbell farmer's walk

what, exactly, would you do with 400 babies?

you did four circuits, of ten reps of each, i presume?

i'm foolish enough to try this. how much weight?

Nah, 3x10 each. For weights I did:
Dumbbell-weighted pull-ups 30lbs, 3xF
Dumbbell shrugs 60lbs
Dumbbell upright row 30lbs
Dumbbell skull crushers 30lbs
Dumbbell curl 30lbs
Dumbbell concentration curl 30lbs
Dumbbell hammer curl 30lbs
Dumbbell flys 20lbs
Dumbbell-weighted knee raises 20lbs
Dumbbell farmer's walk 20lbs
