So I just got _another_ letter from the collections agency that Comcast sicked on me to pay the last month's bill at my old place. The letter says I owe $36.08, and I've owed it since April. I called Comcast when they sent me the bill, and I paid it. Then, I got another bill. I paid it, even though I thought they told me the $36.08 was the last bill for my old place. Then, about a month ago, I get the first letter from the collections agency. I call Comcast, pay _again_. Now, I get this letter. I call Comcast _again_, and this time I don't have my check card in hand. They figure out I've been paying someone else's cable bill, but the central office guy can do nothing. He tells me to call my local office. I do. They _finally_ clear it all up, and apply my other payments to my current address. For some strange reason, it's only $25. Hrm... So they both told me to call the collections agency. I did that right before I called the central office, and the line just kept ringing and ringing. SO I try again, and navigate my way through their menus to a way to place my "debt" in "dispute". I don't see what the dispute is. Comcast can't handle their billing. I can. So I call again after the machine hangs up on me. This time, I find my way in to a queue to talk to an actual human being. After half an hour on hold when I could have been playing SoA, the PBX tells me their offices are closed and hangs up on me. #)(%*#%)(#%&#*%&)(*@$&^!@*)$&#@)$*&*()%#W^&*()#%^#*&^#$&*^q#$&*(#q^$!!!111
