The Cisco cell phone. I have a feeling it'll sell like hotcakes, only because it is so banal. Most g33ks would actually be motivated to get the VOIP router working just so they could have a Cisco phone.

But 802.11b _and_ VoIP? All for just a phone? It's just wrong. It's Rube Goldbergian. A wireless PBX I could understand, maybe. Wholly separate but installed on the same plan as the 802.11b AP. VoIP on copper is feasible but frivolous (unless you _need_ to cut down on plenum wiring), but this is over the edge.

yeah, i thought about that after posting, i think it runs to a normal pbx, via tcp/ip or other means, but i dont feel like researching right now :)

It looks like it connects to one or more ISDN lines and directly uses wonky telco signaling.
