So, I own all the training and co-own all the documentation for my group now. I'm currently devleoping a bootcamp to slap around the L1s so that we can finally start weeding out the ones who have trouble with the concept of NTFS rights. At first I thought it'd be easy, but I'm starting to realize the raw grey matter I'm working with here. Once I'm done, though, there will be a giant book that explains in detail what everything in our server load is, and how to use it. If you can't comprehend the book, you don't work here.

It's understandable for a couple of them, like the guy who used to be a WAN capacity planner, but just doesn't know Windows all that well yet... But for people who don't understand what Active Directory is when it's more than half of their job, there's a line to draw.
