That was a RIOT!

I don't think I've had that much fun DJing in my life, and it's all thanks to the appreciative, diverse crowd and damn fine staff. I was genuinely worried about this night fizzling, but now I couldn't be more excited about it. I'm downright proud of it. Many thanks to everyone for your support and your requests, keep them coming! I'd especially like to hear some of your guilty pleasures, the music that you listen to in the car when no one's around.
My parts of last night's playlist were pretty mild, so I'd like to make sure I keep things interesting. Surprisingly "deomcratic DJing" worked out great, we all got to make our move, and it let everyone get a shot at the crowd as it was changing instead of getting stuck trying to revive a dead floor for an hour. Here's the playlist:

There wer quite a few tricky mixes going in and out of eachother's music, but I think all three of us deserve some

for our l33t mixing sk1llz.

One thing you might notice is that we didn't even get going until almost midnight. That's because no one really checked in until about that time. It's a weeknight, so come early! No need to be fashionably late, if you get there early it's _your club_. We had the early birds up in the booth browsing our cases, handing us whatever they wanted to hear. When that's the case, I'm more than happy to be your Wurlitzer.
Sweet angry Jeebus am I tired today, but it was more than worth it. It's going to be a busy weekend as well, what with Electrophile starting their tour tonight and V@V tomorrow. Not even mentioning upcoming special events at Necto and Mephisto's. Ahh, to be in all tomorrow's parties.

There's multiple fire exits from Lab, they're just not very easy to find when the lights are off. The most convenient one I can think of is on the far side of the bar, goes up the stairs to the hotel lobby. Double doors if I remember correctly. Now that I think about it, it's more accessable than the glass doors downstairs at Necto.
