I am now the proud owner of a set of these, this, and these. Amp and DVD player coming soon. Yes, movie night will officially be at my new place, and my neighbors are going to hate me until they finally come up and enjoy it with me. Those mains are the speakers that got me in to hi-fi in the first place. I remember popping in Bel Canto's Shimmering, Warm and Bright and practically wetting myself when I heard them. They're $2800 a pair new at the dealer. The dealer who's going to be pissed when they see me walk in, give me the quote on the NHTs I didn't like, then I ask to buy a set of mounting brackets and iso spikes for the badasses I got instead.

Maybe too loud, I'm afraid. I was hammering together my new CD rack last night and I heard someone's TV from next door, either they turned it _way_ up to counteract my late-night carpentry or we've got some very thin walls. Oh well, they can come over and watch their movies/listen to their music on it too.

Bel Canto... that takes me back about 7 or 8 years.
